Very specific in it's goals, structural work is designed to return your body to it's natural balanced state and re-gain efficiency in each of your muscles.

Designed to assist your body with its natural healing process by breaking down scar tissue and releasing adhesions surrounding injured areas.

Sports:
A combination of energizing massage and activity specific bodywork used to prepare your mind and body for your next sporting event!
