TOGA AT THE BULKHEAD

 

Borrowing an old Kismet tradition, the usually under-the-radar Bulkheads took the Toga out from the BLT (Black tie, Lingerie or Toga) parties of the past

and added a degree of elegance.

They seem to be having a fine time with it

Can the Lingerie be far behind?
