This year reflecting a diminished turn out and the absence of the entire ‘Junior League” (Sam Jr, Casey and Gracie, et al off to college). House guests of entrants were unceremoniously conned into the competition

The men and women played mixed doubles –for the first time – aside from some grumbling and noticeable absences Carol B graciously contributed “it raises the level of the game”

In a ‘Blood duel” Arthur/ Jane played vs. Dean/ Nancy
